Shipping policy

United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping method, but we can ship UPS at your request. Packages will not be insured under Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. If you desire another type of shipping other than USPS or insurance, please call our office or send us an email. Would you mind emailing us at reachthepodium@gmail.com or 469-371-6111?

For international orders, please note that 1st class mail can take 4-6 weeks to arrive, and you can not track the package. If you want to insure and track the package by mail, use Priority or Express mail.

We cannot guarantee First Class or Priority for international packages. Most countries are OK with First Class or Priority, but the countries listed below are known to have issues, and we cannot guarantee the arrival of packages.
